As a K-8 campus, our instructional superintendent is Dr. Lolli Haws. She began her career as a teacher of the hearing impaired at the South Dakota School for the Deaf. After leaving the classroom, Dr. Haws served as both an assistant principal and principal in Missouri for ten years. Most recently, she was principal of Oakridge Elementary School in Arlington, Virginia where she guided teachers in using data and created a culture of ownership of student results which helped to virtually eliminate the achievement gaps in subgroups.
