Beautification Day - Saturday August 24, 2013
Come help get the campus and classrooms ready before school starts. Lots of jobs for adults (painting, building shelves, rearranging classrooms) and kids (cleaning, organizing books, etc.). This is a great way to get your kids excited to come back to school.

Wine Raffle and Game Night – Thursday November 7th, 2013
Our second annual night of fun for the whole family, with games from Labyrinth and wine raffled off through ticket sales. Donate some wine, and come out and enjoy the evening.
Open Houses – February 4, 5, 6, 2014
Need parent volunteers to greet visitors, provide hospitality, and answer questions from prospective families and parents.
Special Fundraisers – Various fundraisers in the past include Ecotulips, Gift Cards, and a Wine Raffle. Need volunteers for coordination, promotion, and fulfillment.
MLK Day of Service – Volunteer for a school clean-up day. Information made available prior to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Volunteers needed for a variety of jobs: posting signs on race route, assembling and distributing race packets, directing and cheering on runners during the race, mile-marker marshalls, and event clean-up.

**Post signs along the race route alerting the neighborhood about street closures
**Assemble race packets
**Staff the table at packet pickup
**Race day: Race setup/cleanup, staff the table at bag check, direct and cheer on runners at mile markers and points in between
DC CAS Proctors: Every Spring, parents are needed to serve as proctors to assist the classroom teachers during testing. All hands on deck for Watkins (2nd thru 5th) and Stuart-Hobson during DC CAS testing.
