Donations are a vital part of our fundraising that pays for music instruction, First in Learning Aides, project-based learning, enrichment activities and much more at Peabody, Watkins, and Stuart-Hobson. Every contribution is appreciated.
Step #1
Complete the PTA Membership Form 2012-13.
Return to the PTA mailbox in the front office of any campus, send back in your child’s folder, or email completed forms to chcsptamembership@yahoo.com and submit your payment via paypal (see below). For paper forms, please try to enclose the form and payment in an envelope, or secure the payment to the form with a stapler. You can also designate an additional donation to your child’s classroom teacher.

Want to include an additional donation for your child’s classroom?
