THE 2020 FAUX CLASSIC

The Capitol Hill Classic was originally scheduled for Sunday, May 17. However, due to the COVID pandemic, the Classic was postponed until October - leaving the 2019-20 school year Classic-less.

Until now.

This weekencd, we invite you all to "shelter in race" and be part of the 2020 Faux Classic!

No registration. No fees. Just run and show your Cluster pride. All ages are invited and kids are encouraged.

Here's how it works: 

1. On Sunday (or Saturday or Friday or Monday, we're very accommodating) run a 10k or a 3k on a course of your choosing, and at a time convenient to you.

2. If you can, wear a Capitol Hill Classic shirt or some other Cluster clothing during your run. 

3. Record your time and e-mail it to spaceship.property@gmail.com along with your (and/or your child's) name, gender identification and age(s).

4. Share a photo of you/your kids running the Faux Classic on social media using #fauxclassic.

Winning times will be posted here!

MOST IMPORTANTLY - SHOW YOUR CLUSTER PRIDE. If you see someone running wearing their Classic/Cluster shirt next weekend cheer for them as though they are running the Classic.

The Capitol Hill Classic is not just a fundraiser - it is a source of pride for our school and Cluster community. And not even COVID can squash that. So let's do this!
