JOIN THE PTA
The Capitol Hill Cluster School PTA is welcoming nominations for PTA positions for the 2021-22 school year! This past year, the PTA worked to build a more diverse board and we want to keep that momentum going into next year. Also, there is a job for everyone! Various PTA roles involve different time commitments. If you're interested but unsure if you have the time, we would be happy to work with you and find something that fits!
There are several PTA roles we're looking to fill:
To chat through any of these opportunities, or to learn more about our PTA and what your involvement could look like, please reach out to our recruitment team: me (katie.boehret@gmail.com), Zach Lowe (zachlowe@gmail.com) and Catherine Davis (catherinesjdavis@gmail.com).
The Cluster is a strong community of families, and the PTA strengthens that community by working together to support our students and campuses. Joining the PTA is a great opportunity to learn more about our school, enrich the student experience, and meet new people. PTA dues help fund critical programs such as FoodPrints, as well as supplies for music, art, library, and athletics.
VOLUNTEERING YOUR TIME
Whether you have an hour a week or hour a month, this is a great opportunity to become more engaged in our school, enrich the student experience, and meet new people!
SUGGESTED CONTRIBUTION
PTA suggested dues are $25 per family
and membership is valid for one year. Please note that membership dues are suggested but by no means required. Your time and commitment are as valuable as your financial contribution, so please join regardless.
Unlike other schools, the Cluster does not have a capital campaign. While there will be opportunities throughout the year to participate in fundraisers, contributions that exceed the suggested dues are most welcome!
